KKU Library Joins Opening of Security Training and Physical Fitness Test to Enhance Campus Safety Standards

KHON KAEN (March 31, 2026) – Mr. Donbowornpat Meekunchon, Assistant Director for Digital Technology and Security at Khon Kaen University Library, attended the opening ceremony of the “Annual Security Theory and Practice Training: Traffic, Disaster Prevention, and Physical Fitness Test (No. 1/2026).” The initiative aims to reinforce the capabilities of security personnel in ensuring a safe and secure environment for the university community.

The ceremony took place today at 9:00 AM at Meeting Room 1, 2nd Floor, Student Development and Alumni Relations Division. Organized by the Security and Safety Division, the program involves the first round of physical fitness testing and refresher training for the fiscal year 2025. A total of 118 security officers participated in the session to enhance their professional readiness and physical health.

The comprehensive training program includes theoretical knowledge and practical exercises in security management, traffic control, and disaster prevention, alongside rigorous physical fitness assessments to ensure all personnel are prepared for any situation.
