On February 20, 2026, the Khon Kaen University (KKU) Library hosted a delegation of faculty and students from Tottori University, Japan, providing them with an opportunity to explore its learning spaces and academic environment.
The visiting group, consisting of Professor Dr. Chan Cheong Jan and ten students, was warmly welcomed at approximately 10:00 a.m. by Mr. Wanchat Phumee, the library’s Deputy Director for Services, Infrastructure, and Innovation, and Mrs. Tassanee Inlam, Director of the Administrative Division.
During the visit, the KKU Library representatives highlighted the facility’s key features, including its extensive information resources, modern technology, and diverse learning areas. The delegation from Tottori University was given a tour of the library’s modern spaces, which are designed to support 21st-century learning through areas for individual study, group collaboration, and advanced library technology.
The visit is seen as a demonstration of the KKU Library’s capacity as an international-standard learning resource. It also serves as an important step in building international academic networks, fostering cross-cultural relationships, and advancing academic service standards on a global stage to collaboratively create future learning innovations.
