KHON KAEN – The Khon Kaen University (KKU) Library held a final presentation event on February 25, 2026, for student interns from two universities, marking the culmination of their professional experience training in the library and information science field.
A total of seven interns presented their projects and shared the experiences they gained while working in various departments of the KKU Library. The presentations were delivered to a panel of library executives and the mentors who supervised their training.
The student interns included:
- Four students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Udon Thani Rajabhat University: Ms. Sirinya Buramsri, Mr. Kiattisak Dongphuyao, Mr. Jirawat Promkun, and Mr. Nattaphon Hamsai.
- Three students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University: Ms. Waraporn Buachan, Ms. Anassara Saengiamsri, and Ms. Arisara Kaeodu.

The evaluation panel, composed of the library’s leadership and expert librarians who served as mentors throughout the internship period, provided feedback and assessed the students’ work. The panel included Ms. Tipanan Phongsuwan, Deputy Director for Planning, Quality Development, and Building Systems; Mrs. Yupaporn Thongnoi, Assistant Director for Strategy and Resource Management; and other key personnel who coordinate library services across various university faculties.
This presentation event not only provided a platform for the students to showcase their abilities and summarize their learning but also highlighted the KKU Library’s significant role as a learning institution dedicated to nurturing qualified graduates for the library and information science profession.
