KKU Library Shares Expertise on Customer Feedback and Complaint Management Systems with the Office of Academic Administration and Development

On Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a delegation from the Office of Academic Administration and Development, led by Mr. Sompoch Thinphru, Assistant Director for Customer Service Strategy, along with three staff members, conducted a study visit to the Khon Kaen University Library.

The purpose of the visit was to learn about the library’s systematic and exemplary customer feedback and complaint management system. Ms. Akkarima Soommart, Head of the Public Relations and Customer Relations Unit, and Ms. Nitiya Srivoradetpaisal, Assistant Director for Administration, Organization, and Community Relations, served as speakers, sharing their knowledge and best practices.

This study visit is part of the groundwork for developing the “Smart Task and Complaint Status Tracking System” project, which falls under the “Support for Change Management and Organizational Strategy Driving” initiative for the fiscal year 2026.
