Khon Kaen University Library recently participated in a knowledge-sharing event, presenting insights on leveraging AI skills to enhance library operations and services. The session, titled “KKU Library AI-Q: Exchanging Knowledge on Using AI Skills to Drive Work and Service Towards Excellence,” was part of the “Show and Share: Behind the Library Shelf Ep.6” series.
The online event, conducted via Zoom, was organized by the Club of University Librarians (CUL) under the Library Association of Thailand. Ms. Nitiya Sriworadejpaisal, Assistant Director for Administration, Organization, and Community Relations, and Ms. Yossayada Sittiwong, Head of Reference Information and Innovation Unit at Khon Kaen University Library, served as co-presenters.
The discussion covered several key areas, including Khon Kaen University Library’s policy on AI services, the application of AI skills to drive operational efficiency, the use of AI skills for achieving service excellence, and the essential skills and attitudes required for working in the AI era.
