Khon Kaen University Library Highlights Academic Partnership with Mahasarakham University

The Khon Kaen University Library recently hosted a presentation event for three history student interns from Mahasarakham University (MSU), reinforcing the ongoing academic cooperation between the two institutions.

The event, held on March 11, provided a platform for the interns to present the findings and experiences from their professional training period at the library. The students—Thiyada Aneknuan, Chonlada Chinnaraksa, and Krittarin Winthawut—are all from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at MSU.

During their presentations, the students summarized the knowledge gained from their hands-on work, which covered key areas such as information resource management and the practical application of technology within a library setting.

The internship program was organized by the library’s Professional Experience Training School Management Committee, led by Yupaporn Thongnoi, the Assistant Director for Strategy and Information Resource Management. Wanchat Phumee, the Deputy Director for Services, Physical Infrastructure, and Innovation, served as the students’ mentor throughout their training.

According to the library, the event reflects its commitment to serving as a center for learning and professional development in library and information science, while actively fostering collaborative relationships with other educational institutions.
