On February 24, 2026, the Office of the Library hosted a study visit for two representatives from Khon Kaen University’s Office of Academic Services. The session, held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, focused on the library’s advanced system for data collection and performance reporting in public relations using digital dashboards.
Ms. Akkarima Soommart, Head of the Public Relations and Customer Relations Unit, and Ms. Nitiya Srivoradetpaisal, Assistant Director for Administration, Corporate, and Community Relations, welcomed the visitors. They served as speakers, sharing their knowledge and experience in implementing and utilizing dashboard tools like Looker Studio for effective reporting.
The visit was initiated after the Office of Academic Services attended a “Corporate Communications Network Development” project on February 11-12. During that event, they were impressed by a presentation from the Office of the Library showcasing its efficient and modern approach to statistical and performance reporting.
Inspired by the library’s model, the Office of Academic Services requested the follow-up study visit with the goal of adopting similar methods to enhance the efficiency of their own public relations operations.
