KKU Library Welcomes Student Librarians from Nong Song Hong Wittaya School

KHON KAEN – The Khon Kaen University (KKU) Library hosted a group of teachers and student librarians from Nong Song Hong Wittaya School on February 16, 2026, providing them with an inside look at a modern learning center.

The visit was organized for the school’s “Young Librarians Club” to broaden their perspectives and inspire them with innovative technology. The group was officially welcomed by library executives, including Yaowaporn Santiwiwat, Head of Services.

Librarian Waraporn Panomsiri greeted the visitors, while IT technologists Pitipong Pimpa and Uthit Namseethan served as speakers. They shared insights and experiences on elevating library services for the digital age, aiming to provide the students with practical knowledge about library operations and expand their horizons.

The tour showcased the library’s diverse and modern service areas, such as the KKU Maker Space, which is designed to foster creativity and innovation. The students also explored the library’s advanced learning technologies and its extensive collection of both physical and digital information resources.

The visit aligns with the KKU Library’s vision of being a “Learning Center for All,” dedicated to creating educational opportunities and promoting genuine lifelong learning.
