The Khon Kaen University Library has received four awards for its innovative projects at the 16th PULINET National Conference, which took place online from January 28-30, 2026. The event was organized by the University of Phayao’s Institute of Learning Innovation and the Provincial University Library Network (PULINET).
Held under the theme “Innovative Learning: Library for All,” the conference served as a national platform for academics, researchers, and library professionals to share knowledge and research in library and information science. The goal was to enhance the capabilities of university libraries across Thailand, positioning them as sustainable learning spaces for everyone.
A delegation from the KKU Library, led by Deputy Director for Services, Physical, and Innovation, Mr. Wanchat Phumee, presented a total of 12 research projects—seven as posters and five as oral presentations. Out of 113 submissions nationwide, 108 were selected for presentation at the conference.
The KKU Library’s focus on technology and service enhancement was recognized with four awards in the poster presentation category:
Excellent Award: For the project “KKU Research Hub: A Comprehensive Knowledge and Skill Development Resource for Research.”
Excellent Award: For the project “Work Reduction Strategy: Creating ‘AI Hack Life’ Automation with Agentic AI to Promote Information Literacy.”
