Continuing its commitment to social devotion, the Khon Kaen University Library’s management and staff have delivered a collection of donated essential items to support soldiers serving on the Thai-Cambodian border.
On December 26, 2025, Ms. Suttilak Padpeng, Deputy Director for Administration and Human Resources at the library, led a team to the Khon Kaen Municipality office. They acted as representatives for the library staff, handing over necessary consumer goods and supplies gathered through internal donations. The municipality serves as a central collection point for a broader project aimed at assisting border troops.
The donation, consisting of various daily necessities, was a result of a collaborative effort by library personnel who wished to acknowledge the sacrifices of the soldiers and provide encouragement to those serving in remote areas.
This activity highlights the unity and public-mindedness of the library staff, demonstrating their commitment not only to their primary academic service mission but also to contributing to activities that benefit society and the nation.
The Khon Kaen University Library expressed pride in supporting the mission of the dedicated soldiers and thanked all staff members for their generous contributions. The initiative reinforces the library’s identity as an organization that strives for both academic excellence and social value, in line with the core principles of Khon Kaen University.
