Khon Kaen University Library recently hosted a group of international students, showcasing its modern library technologies and its ongoing transformation into a “Learning Center for All”

On Monday, June 23, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the library welcomed 25 students from Japan, Malaysia, and Indonesia who are participating in a physical therapy training program at Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences.

Mr. Wanchart Phumee, Assistant Director for Academic, Physical, and Safety Affairs at the Khon Kaen University Library, extended a warm welcome to the visitors. He was joined by Ms. Yaowaporn Santiviwat, Head of Service, and Ms. Yupaporn Thongnoi, a Senior Professional Librarian, who served as speakers. They shared insights and introduced the library’s key services, highlighting its role as a modern learning hub.

During the visit, the delegation learned about the library’s development of service areas and its integration of advanced technology to support digital learning. Discussions also covered learning innovations designed to accommodate diverse user needs. The atmosphere of the visit was described as constructive and friendly.

This visit underscores Khon Kaen University Library’s potential and readiness to evolve into a true “Learning Center for All,” catering to lifelong learning in the digital age.
