The Khon Kaen University Office of the Library has been selected as one of five model departments to participate in a knowledge-sharing event under the “SMART Plus Sharing” corporate values project.
On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, a delegation of administrators and staff representatives from the library attended the event, held at the 50th Anniversary Building of the Faculty of Engineering. The project, organized by the university’s Human Resources Division, aims to provide a platform for various departments to present how they integrate the university’s core “SMART” values with their own specific departmental values to build a strong organizational culture.
At the event, the Office of the Library presented its implementation of corporate values through a poster display. The library was also invited to participate in a panel discussion as a model department. Nitiya Srivoradejpaisal, Assistant Director for Administration, Organization, and Community Relations, represented the library in a talk titled “SMART in Action: From Values to Service Excellence at the Khon Kaen University Library.”
The library’s participation highlights its commitment to promoting its “SMART LIFE” values, which align with the university’s core principles. This effort is a key driver in realizing the library’s vision of becoming a sustainable “Learning Center for All.”
