The presentation featured a joint project by two statistics majors, Ms. Jiraporn Srichaimoon and Mr. Pataweekran Meeprom, titled “Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance: Green Library.” The project demonstrated how statistical data and analysis can be practically applied to support and advance sustainable green library initiatives.
The internship program was overseen by the library’s Professional Internship Management Committee, led by Mrs. Yupaporn Thongnoi, Assistant Director for Strategic Drive and Information Resource Management. Throughout their training, the students were mentored by Ms. Tipanan Pongsuwan, Deputy Director for Planning, Quality Development, and Building Systems. Mr. Pitipong Pimpa, Head of Strategic Planning and Information Technology, also participated in the session as an expert evaluator.
During the session, committee members and experts engaged with the students, offering constructive feedback and exchanging ideas. This collaborative review aimed to help the students further refine their project, ensuring its findings and methodologies can be effectively integrated into the future operations and sustainability goals of the KKU Library.
