The Library of Khon Kaen University hosted an intensive workshop titled “Performance Analysis of the FY2026 Action Plan and Drafting of the FY2027 Action Plan” at Makmai Cafe, Mueang Khon Kaen District. Associate Professor Supat Sinawat, Director of the Library, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered the keynote address. The seminar brought together 48 executives and staff members to review past achievements, formulate new strategic directions, and leverage AI Agent technologies to significantly boost operational efficiency for the upcoming fiscal year
The workshop kicked off with an insightful lecture on “Guidelines and Policies for KKU Library Operations in Fiscal Year 2070,” delivered by the Director. This was followed by a comprehensive wrap-up of the FY2026 performance results, presented by Ms. Tipanan Pongsuwan (Associate Director for Planning, Quality Development, and Building Systems) and Mrs. Yupaporn Thongnoi (Assistant Director for Strategic Driving and Information Resources Management).
Emphasizing workforce capability development, the afternoon session featured a highly engaging lecture on the “Individual Development Plan (IDP): Staff Skills and Competencies for Driving the Strategy of KKU Library.” This session was spearheaded by Ms. Siriporn Tiwasing, Chair of the Human Resource Development and Best Place to Work Committee, along with her expert team. Staff members subsequently joined department-based brainstorming sessions to map out operational strategies that support the library’s overarching administrative goals.
A key highlight of the event was the strategic presentation on AI Agent deployment and IDP alignment for skill upgrading in FY2070. Heads of four core divisions—Strategic Planning and Information Technology, Services, Information Resources Management, and Administration—each pitched their strategic targets. The seminar concluded on a high note with the presentation of the “KRL Top of The Year” certificates, celebrating and honoring outstanding personnel for their exceptional contributions throughout the year.
