On August 13, 2025, Khon Kaen University Library warmly welcomed a delegation of eight administrators and staff from Mahasarakham University Library, led by Associate Professor Dr. Rattanachot Tianmongkol, Director of Mahasarakham University Library. The visit aimed to facilitate a study tour and knowledge exchange at Khon Kaen University Library.
The Khon Kaen University Library team, including Mr. Wanchart Phoomee, Deputy Director for Services, Physical Resources, and Innovation; Ms. Yuphaporn Thongnoi, Assistant Director for Strategic Driving and Information Resource Management; and Ms. Nitiya Sriworadechpaisarn, Assistant Director for General Administration, Organization, and Community Relations, provided a comprehensive overview of the library’s operations, management strategies, and innovations in service development.
The primary objective of the study visit was to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) curricula and strategies for promoting research excellence. This aligns with Khon Kaen University Library’s mission to serve as a “Learning Center for All” and to support lifelong learning.
The visit by the Mahasarakham University delegation marks a significant opportunity to foster stronger academic collaboration between the two institutions. Khon Kaen University Library expressed its hope that this exchange of knowledge will contribute to the enhanced efficiency of both organizations and reinforce their roles as vital learning resources for their respective university communities and society at large.
