The Office of the Library at Khon Kaen University held a ceremony on September 1, 2025, to honor two staff members retiring this year. The event, titled “Weaving Hearts, Connecting Retirees 2025,” took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere at the Dok Koon Meeting Room within the library.
The ceremony celebrated the careers of Mrs. Nantana Wongchomphu, a skilled library officer, and Mr. Rangsit Phaetpradit, a library officer. They were joined by the library’s management team, current staff, and former employees who returned to show their appreciation.
Associate Professor Dr. Supat Sinawat, Director of the Office of the Library, presided over the event. He delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude and presenting plaques and commemorative gifts to the two retirees.
The event also included a traditional “Baisri Sukwan” ceremony, a Thai blessing ritual, to wish the retiring staff members happiness and good fortune in their future endeavors.
