The Office of the Library held a workshop on September 10, 2025, to formulate its operational plan for the upcoming 2026 fiscal year and to review the progress of its projects from the current 2025 fiscal year.
The event, titled “Workshop on the Formulation of the Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 and Review of Project Performance based on OKR/KRL for Fiscal Year 2025,” took place in the Dok Koon Meeting Room on the first floor of Building 1.
Associate Professor Dr. Supat Sinawat, Director of the Office of the Library, presided over the opening ceremony. He delivered a presentation summarizing the results of the 2025 action plan and outlined the process for developing the new plan for 2026. The workshop was attended by the library’s management team, department heads, committee chairs, and all staff members.
The primary objectives of the workshop were to review the outcomes of the library’s 2025 operational plan and to collaboratively develop the action plan for the 2026 fiscal year. The event was designed to encourage all personnel to participate in brainstorming sessions, ensuring their involvement in achieving the library’s goals and fostering a positive working environment.
