KKU Library Hosts Online Internship Presentation, Empowering Students for Future Careers

On June 17, 2026, the Internship School of Khon Kaen University Library (KKUL) organized an online internship presentation for students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the session provided a virtual platform for interns to showcase their achievements, share core workflows, and receive constructive feedback from library supervisors, focusing on enhancing language proficiency, communication, and information management skills.

The presentation highlighted the practical application of academic knowledge in supporting the daily operations and strategic missions of the library. Key presentations included:

  • Ms. Parida Phumpakwaen (English Major): Shared insights on her assigned projects and reflected on how she integrated English language skills into real-world library operations.
  • Ms. Kamonpan Phonken (Western Languages Major, German Program): Demonstrated her performance in leveraging communication and language skills to facilitate and support library services.

Following the presentations, KKU Library supervisors provided valuable feedback and engaged in a dynamic discussion with the students. This mentoring approach aims to inspire students to further develop their professional potential and equip them with the hybrid skills required for the modern workforce, aligning with KKUL’s core mission to act as a center for lifelong learning.
