The Knowledge Management and Innovation Committee of the Khon Kaen University (KKU) Library recently hosted its 12th Knowledge Management (KM) exchange session of the year, focusing on the implementation of the library’s new “Souvenir Sales System” web application.
The session took place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Designed to promote internal learning and technological adaptation, the event was held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person at the Computer Training Room on the second floor of Building 2, or online via Zoom. A total of 25 library staff members participated in the session.
The workshop featured presentations from both library services leadership and student developers who played a key role in building the system. The speakers included Mrs. Yaowaporn Santiviwat, Head of the Library’s Service Department, alongside Mr. Noppachart Noinart, an intern from the KKU College of Computing. They were joined by Mr. Phuritut Wachiranimit and Mr. Supakit Saenprom, professional internship students from iSchool KKU.
During the session, the presenters demonstrated the features of the web application, which aims to streamline the library’s souvenir sales operations, and exchanged practical insights with staff members to ensure smooth adoption of the new digital system.
