On May 22, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the AI Clinic, the Khon Kaen University Library (KKUL) Practicum Management Committee and student mentors welcomed Dr. Jitchira Chairit, a faculty member from the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science, Khon Kaen University. The visit aimed to supervise and evaluate the professional internship performance of two statistics students, Ms. Jiraporn Srichaimoon and Mr. Pathaveekran Meeprom, who are undertaking their practicum at KKU Library from April 20 to June 16, 2026.
During the session, Ms. Tipanan Pongsuwan, Associate Director for Planning, Quality Development, and Building Systems, along with Mrs. Tassaney Inlam, Director of the Library Administration Division, served as student mentors to provide feedback and exchange constructive insights with the faculty supervisor.
The discussion centered on gathering feedback and recommendations regarding the students’ practical performance, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum, and assessing the core skills acquired during their time at the library. The valuable insights gained from this supervision will be utilized to further enhance and update the curriculum, ensuring that future graduates possess the exact competencies demanded by the rapidly evolving global job market.
