Aligning with its core organizational value of Social Devotion, the Khon Kaen University Library has responded to an official invitation from the Khon Kaen Provincial Public Health Office. The library is dispatching its senior information specialists to serve as keynote group facilitators, sharing critical expertise on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize public health research and data presentation to address key regional health challenges.
Ms. Suttilak Padpheng, Associate Director for Administration and Human Resources, Acting Director of Khon Kaen University Library, stated that the library is highly dedicated to providing academic services to the community. For this initiative, the library has designated Dr. Prasit Prathumrat and Mr. Teerayut Balakhon, both Senior Information Officers at KKU Library, to lead the specialized workshop sessions. The training is a key component of the project titled “Driving Research, R2R, and Innovation Development to Solve Vital Public Health Problems in Khon Kaen Province for Fiscal Year 2026,” scheduled for May 15, 2026, from 13:00 to 16:30 at the Chomsuphakit Conference Room, Khon Kaen Provincial Public Health Office.
The workshop session, focused on “Practical Session: Reviewing Research Presentation Formats Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI),” aims to equip medical and public health personnel with cutting-edge AI tools. This will enable them to efficiently review, refine, and upgrade the caliber of Routine-to-Research (R2R) presentations, ensuring their workflows remain agile and advanced in the digital era.
This collaborative invitation highlights the professional caliber of Khon Kaen University Library’s personnel. It underscores their active role in extending contemporary technological expertise beyond university borders to foster a sustainable learning society and uplift regional public health outcomes.
