Khon Kaen University Library (KKU Library) achieved notable success by winning two Commendation Awards in the Oral Presentation Category at the 3rd National Academic Conference and Presentation, held under the theme: “Education Management and Research in Library and Information Science for Sustainable Development: ‘The Challenge of AI in Academic Communication’.”
The conference took place from November 27 – 28, 2025, at Sala Thai Room, 3rd Floor, Ambassador Hotel Bangkok.
The two award-winning oral presentations are:
- Decoding User Experience: A Case Study on Applying the Customer Journey Concept to Develop Services at Khon Kaen University Library
Presenters: Ms. Nitiya Srivoradetpaisal and Ms. Akarima Soommat (Khon Kaen University Library), along with Ms. Panita Hitawan, Ms. Puttaraksa Nakton, and Mr. Nantapong Chumchai (4th-year students of Information Science, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University). - Utilizing AI to Develop Radio Program and Podcast Services: New Skills for Library Professionals in Driving Sustainable Development Goals
Presenters: Ms. Siriporn Tiwasing, Ms. Sudawadee Chaidetchtayakul, and Mr. Sakulwong Raksil.
Expert Recognition
In addition to the awards, Dr. Prasit Pratumrat, a Senior Information Specialist from the KKU Library staff, was invited to serve as a Poster Presentation Reviewer for the academic conference.
