AI Tools for Academic Research
AI Support Team
AI Clinic Service provides consultation, guidance, and training on research-support tools using Generative AI, including SciSpace, ChatPDF, and ChatGPT. It also covers publisher submission policies and the use of AI detection tools.
Service Hours: Khon Kaen University Library — Consultation available during library business hours (excluding public holidays). Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Scope and Service Formats
The AI Tools for Academic Research service is divided into two sub-services as follows:
AI Clinic Service
The AI Tools for Academic Research consultation provides basic guidance on three tools:
1. ChatGPT4o,
2. SciSpace Premium, and
3. Cloud Premium.
Users must visit in person at Room 3202, 2nd Floor, Information Center Building.
Chat GPT
Users can access ChatGPT Version 4 independently in Room 3202, 2nd Floor, Information Center Building. This is a self-service option, and librarians do not provide usage instruction.
Service Request Process
for AI Clinic Services
1.The user fills out the service request form at https://kku.world/ai-service.
2. The user should come to use the service on the date and time specified in the form and go to Room 3202, 2nd Floor, Information Center Building (behind the inquiry counter).
3.The librarian will provide basic usage guidance for the tools specified in the form.
4. Once the user has finished using the service, please provide feedback on satisfaction at https://kku.world/aifeedback.
for Chat GPT 4 Service
1. The user fills out the service request form at https://kku.world/chatgpt4.
2. The user should come to use the service on the date and time specified in the form at Room 3202, 2nd Floor, Information Center Building (behind the inquiry counter).
3.The librarian will log in to the Chat GPT 4 system, and once the user has finished using the service, the librarian will log out of the system.
4. The service is available for 3 hours per session. If no one else is scheduled to use the service afterward, the user may continue using it.
5. This is a self-service Chat GPT 4, where the librarian will not provide instruction.
6. Once the user has finished using the service, please provide feedback on satisfaction at https://kku.world/aifeedback.
