The Khon Kaen University Library organized a formal blessing ceremony on Friday, July 24, 2026, to commemorate the upcoming birthday of His Majesty the King, which falls on July 28. The gathering was arranged to express the institution’s profound loyalty and gratitude for the monarch’s royal grace.
Presided over by Library Director Associate Professor Dr. Supat Sinawat, the ceremony took place in the library’s Dok Koon Meeting Room. The proceedings commenced with Dr. Supat performing a traditional Thai tribute, which included opening a floral cone with incense and candles before a portrait of His Majesty.
Following the initial homage, the director led the library’s executive board and staff members in signing an official book of well-wishes. Personnel gathered in unison for the occasion, demonstrating their collective devotion and offering their blessings for the King’s longevity and prosperity.
